We are able to support you in the recruitment process in many ways including:

  • Database SearchOur extensive database is constantly growing and is skills based driven. Database search allows us to match client partner requirements efficiently and effectively utilising our continually expanding database of industry professionals.
  • Contingency Recruitment - Many of these candidates come from referrals and through targeted broadsheets, specialist media and web advertising.
  • Requested Approach - In some instances clients request us to approach a specific individual(s). Please speak to one of the consultants concerning fees for this type of recruitment.
  • Joint Advertising Campaigns - Advertising jointly with the client is extremely effective for clients wanting to target a specific type of person, whilst also promoting your company. We will work with you to design your advertisement and place them in the most appropriate trade magazines. Adverts can be unbranded or carry your logo, either way we are advertising on your behalf, carrying out all initial interviews and leaving you to carry on with other aspects of your role. All candidate response is the ownership of the client for a set period. Candidates selected will only be approached for other organisations once they have been rejected.
  • Executive Search – Project driven, the search facility allows us to specifically target relevant applicants, identified after thorough briefing sessions and allows our client partners confidentiality during the initial recruitment stages.
